Here are some pics of the Samurai enduring the snowy winter. I didn't drive it much because I had no money for either decent front tires or insurance. I walked all winter. Happily the store was only a few blocks away. I landed flat on my back a few times, usually when I was in a hurry to get home. The front tires wore out in a few thousand miles due to a bad alignment job. In addition the gas pedal bent, allowing the Sammy to run just 20 mph, because the accelerator cable was so tight. I thought I ran the cable wrong, when in fact the cable I bought was thicker than stock and pinched through the firewall. After spraying some silicon up the cable it loosened up, and $130 bought a used pedal. Sammy waited in storage again once spring arrived.
